GOALS
1. Providing solid legal framework/services that combine(s) scientific understanding of the classical Shari’a mandates and modern laws. 
2. Training individuals who are able to provide and advance better legal standard, legal environment and legal services to the public at different levels and sectors.
3. Teaching, conducting and supporting empirical legal studies approach.
4. Improving the quality of Shari’a and law higher education.
5. Bridging the gaps in understanding between Shari’a and law affiliates in academic and professional legal community.
6. Promoting legal awareness among individuals.
